En la semana del 19 al 23 de diciembre un grupo de voluntarios de la LBV repartió juguetes a los niños y niñas internados en el Hospital Infantil Pedro de Elizalde (ex Casa Cuna) y a los chicos que residen en el Hogar Buenos Aires, en el marco del programa Ronda de Juegos.

Desde el año 2004 la LBV lleva a cabo un programa destinado al desarrollo de actividades lúdicas junto a niños y niñas que se encuentran en situación de vulnerabilidad socio afectiva, con el objetivo de asegurar el cumplimiento de su Derecho a Jugar y proporcionarle el bienestar y la satisfacción que brinda la actividad lúdica.

A través de este programa, denominado "Ronda de Juegos", un grupo de voluntarios visita tres veces a la semana a los niños y niñas internados en el Hospital Pedro de Elizalde (ex Casa Cuna), localizado en el barrio de Constitución, y con un Ludomóvil recorre las distintas salas de internación entregando juegos y juguetes para que los chicos juegen sólos, con sus familias y cuidadores, o con otros chicos.

Además, también se realizan visitas semanales al Hogar de niños Buenos Aires, ubicado en Pavón 4136, de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.

Como todos los años desde su creación, en el mes de diciembre "Ronda de Juegos" repartió juegos y juguetes a los niños y niñas que atiende, para que la Navidad sea un momento de alegría y gratificación.

Gracias al apoyo de sus voluntarios, en la semana del 19 al 23 de diciembre se entregaron juguetes a unos 70 niños y niñas internados en cuatro salas del Hospital Elizalde. Además, se entregaron juguetes a unos 30 chicos que por diversos factores familiares y sociales residen en el Hogar Infantil Buenos Aires.

Cabe destacar, que el programa cuenta con un Taller de Creación de Juegos y Juguetes Artesanales a partir de material reciclable, por medio del cual los voluntarios entregan durante todo el año las producciones que realizan a todos los chicos visitados en cada encuentro.
